About Alexis Hernandez

Mr. Hernandez is a litigation attorney and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and construction defect litigation cases which are routinely contentious, highly-litigated cases from the initial case evaluation through and including final judgment. Additionally, he litigates landlord/tenant matters, construction law, insurance coverage disputes, and government disputes. Mr. Hernandez also assists condominium and homeowners’ association clients with enforcing their covenants, drafting amendments to their governing documents, and also acts as general counsel for various association matters. He has successfully represented corporate clients, injured accident victims, construction companies, and condominium and homeowners’ associations.
