About Amy Kicklighter Waddell
Amy Kicklighter Waddell is a Florida native and grew up in Pensacola, Florida. Mrs. Waddell is a Partner with the law firm Waddell & Waddell, PA practicing family law, real estate law, and personal injury law. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association with an AV Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review RatingTM. She obtained her Bachelor degree at the University of Florida and earned her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, in Birmingham, Alabama. Mrs. Waddell has been practicing law since 2001, when she became licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. In 2003, Mrs. Waddell joined her husband, Jason A. Waddell, to form the law firm Waddell & Waddell, P.A. Amy Waddell is actively involved in the Northwest Florida community. Currently, she is a member of Escambia - Santa Rosa Area Real Estate Council and is serving as the 2017-2018 President, West Florida Collaborative Law and is serving on the 2017-2018 Board of Directors, Pensacola Association of Real Estate, Women’s Council of Realtors Affiliate member, Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Fiesta of Five Flags – Fiesta Forces volunteer, les femmes Gaeities, and is an Attorney’s Title Fund Agent. Previously, she served on the 1st Judicial Circuit of Florida Grievance Committee as the 2016 Chairperson and as a 2013 – 2016 term Committee Member; Escambia-Santa Rosa Association Law Week Chair for both 2005 & 2006, Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association Community Service Committee Member in both 2003 & 2004, Pensacola Ivey League Women’s Garden Club, a previous Board Member on Escambia AIDS Services and Education/ Emerald Coast Services, and was the BLAB TV Host of the Elder Law, Family Law and Personal Injury Legal Show 2003 - 2007.
