About Andres Berrio
Andres has worked on some very important cases in the U.S. and abroad. Andres handled over 80 cases of the 1999 Cubana Airplane Crash in Guatemala, through litigation and settlement and was successful in securing a multi-million dollar settlements. Andres was instrumental in the representation of several family members of the 2001 American Airlines flight 587 Crash in New York. These cases were litigated and ultimately resolved in favor of the surviving family members again securing multi-million dollar settlements. Andres also successfully represented several family members of the January 2003, flight 222, TANS PERU crash. Andres is a member of the American Association for Justice, formerly known as Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association.
