Resolution is a key component in being able to move on in life. Complicated issues can be unraveled and a solution  reached as if by magic.  It is possible to find a solution. That is my goal in every mediation. --- Anne draws on her diverse legal background to get results in effectively concluding lawsuits, but most of all it is the force of her personality, and her ability to connect with people, that makes the difference. She has represented financial institutions, corporations and individuals in commercial, antitrust, probate, employment, governmental and banking litigation. Anne Bloom specializes in creating a connection with the people and parties involved in litigation, encouraging them to reach agreement that may be different from what they had initially envisioned. Oftentimes there is a “magic” which occurs when parties deal with Anne. Somehow they move toward resolution without actually realizing how far they’ve come. Anne finds that even though no one is ever happy with what they’ve settled for, they are happy and relieved to have an end to the conflict, which always brings a smile to the parties’ faces. Her breadth of knowledge and ability to ask the right questions is an asset in many of the cases she mediates or arbitrates including commercial, civil, employment and family.
