Mr. Gonzalez has legal experience representing clients with their consumer financial services litigation and other civil litigation issues. As a Plantation Florida Lawyer some of Mr. Gonzalez’s areas of practice involve: filing lawsuits on behalf of consumers for violations of: Florida Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act (FUDTPA), Federal Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act (FDCPA), Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), Telephone Consumer Collection Practices Act (TCPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).  Mr. Gonzalez also practices Foreclosure Defense, Credit Card Debt Defense, defending individuals who are being sued for Deficiency Judgments, Contract Disputes, garnishment proceedings and representing clients in Federal Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Florida.
