About Arthur Baer Cavataro
Mr. Cavataro has practiced law since 1989, He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in New Orleans. Mr. Cavataro was a litigation law clerk through law school and served Loyola as an Admissions Recruiter, speaking at national forums, including nationwide events in the World Trade Center in New York. While in law school, Mr. Cavataro participated in drafting nursing home legislation, passed into law to protect the elderly. After three years representing corporations with the AV rated Chicago law firm of Arnstein & Lehr, Mr. Cavataro knew that he would rather fight for individuals instead of big companies. In 1992 Mr. Cavataro joined the Law Team. Since 1992 Mr. Cavataro has represented only people and their families, handling a wide variety of injury and wrongful death claims. Mr. Cavataro has litigated cases throughout South Florida and the Treasure Coast and has been a key trial team member, prosecuting numerous cases to verdict, including an $8.1 million wrongful death verdict. Mr. Cavataro has also presented appellate argument before the 4th District Court of Appeals. In recognition of his skill and compassion, Mr. Cavataro directs the firm’s Personal Injury Department.
