About Aubrey Quinton Webb
Former Prosecutor Fighting for Your Rights, Call. Aubrey Webb attended the University of Miami School of Law and graduated cum laude. During law school, Mr. Webb received the following awards: Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Elements, CALI award for Elements, Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Torts, CALI award for Torts, CALI award for Immigration, Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Business Associations, and Dean’s Certificate of Achievement for Florida Evidence Practice. Mr. Webb also performed his litigation internship at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office’s Domestic Violence unit assisting in the representation of indigent clients, and interned for United States Magistrate John Sullivan in the Southern District of Florida. After law school, Mr. Webb worked for the law firm of Sheftall & Torres for two years before going on to clerk for the Honorable Joel F. Dubina, Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Webb became a prosecutor in Miami-Dade in 2006, and prosecuted thousands of casees ranging from misdemeanors, DUI, grand theft, drug trafficking, to armed robbery. Mr. Webb tried over 30 felony cases to verdict as a Miami-Dade prosecutor. In addition to working as a prosecutor, Mr. Webb served as a military policeman (MA) in the Navy.
