About Benjamin J Steinberg

As a litigation attorney in North Central Florida, my practice is focused on medical malpractice and wrongful death matters.   At Morgan & Morgan, I am fortunate to have the resources, support, and insight which allows me to serve my clients' interests to the fullest.  I am proud to make my clients' well-being the cornerstone of how I practice the law. My family are proud residents of Gainesville.  My wife is a Professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and we have three wonderful children.  I am an active member, and current President, of Congregation B'nai Israel here in Gainesville.  I am also a member of the local James C. Adkins, Jr. Inn of Court and Eighth Jidicial Circuit Bar Association where I am fortunate to gain the wisdom and insight that our amazing local Bar members have to offer.
