About Brian K Sebaaly
Brian Sebaaly is a personal injury attorney who represents victims of personal injury, motor vehicle negligence, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and defective products. A native New Yorker raised in the Buffalo area, Mr. Sebaaly graduated in 2005, from the University at Buffalo, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008. Mr. Sebaaly is an active member of the Sarasota community, and is currently the Head Coach of the Men’s Wrestling Team at Riverview High School. Brian is proud to be able to share his expertise in wrestling, including his past as a collegiate wrestler at the University of Buffalo, as head coach of the Riverview High School Varsity Wrestling Team. Brian was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008, and is a member of the state bar in both Georgia and New York. He is licensed in Florida, Georgia, and New York, and is also admitted into the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. He concentrates his practice in the area of Personal Injury. In 2008, Mr. Sebaaly began his legal career working for a plaintiff firm representing clients in both personal injury and workers’ compensation. Mr. Sebaaly went on to work as an in-house counsel for a nationwide insurance carrier in the Jacksonville area, and for a defense firm specializing in trucking defense. After years spent defending insurance carriers, Mr. Sebaaly returned to the plaintiff side after realizing his desire to represent those who were injured by another’s negligence, and his dedication to ensuring his clients receive the benefits they deserve.
