BRIANNA JONES, ESQ. is an associate at the Law Office of Daniel E. Forrest, P.A. Ms. Jones focuses her practice exclusively on marital and family law. She regularly represents clients in complex divorce and other family law matters. These matters routinely include contested and uncontested divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, alimony, parenting plans, equitable distribution, property division, post-judgment modifications, domestic violence, time-sharing, parental responsibility/custody issues, child support, paternity, adoption, dependency and termination of parental rights. Ms. Jones was born in South Florida and graduated cum laude from The Florida State University with a B.S. in Psychology. She obtained her JD degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014. She is an active member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar as well as the Broward County Bar Association. Prior to becoming an associate at the Law Office of Daniel E. Forrest, Ms. Jones began her legal career with the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, Fourth District (OCCCRC), where she served as Assistant Regional Counsel. While at OCCCRC, Ms. Jones provided high quality representation to hundreds of indigent parents involved in dependency, termination of parental rights and Marchman Act proceedings. She was also a founding member of Broward Law Group, P.A., where she continued to defend the civil rights of her clients and maintain unity of their families.
