About Christina Veronica Paradowski
Christina obtained both her Bachelor’s degree, with honors, in Political Science and Linguistics, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. While attending UF, she was recognized multiple times on the President’s and Dean’s Honor Rolls, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the Linguistics Society, and the Polish Student Association. As a law student, Christina was a Book Award recipient, earned the Pro Bono Certificate for her 100+ hours of community service, and was a New Student Orientation Leader and Committee Coordinator. After graduating from law school, Christina began her legal career as an associate in a boutique immigration law firm in Miami, handling a variety of matters, including family-based petitions, applications for naturalization, and removal defense. She later joined a prominent regional law firm in Fort Lauderdale, where she spent 11 years as a litigator, honing her skills in research, writing, and advocacy. Outside of her legal work, Christina is an active member of the community, serving as Chair of the Board of Directors of Hispanic Unity of Florida (HUF), as a past member of Ghost Light Society's Steering Committee, and as a Past President of the Broward County Gator Club. She is a graduate of Leadership Broward (Class XXXVI) and Women Leading Broward (Class IV), both programs of the Leadership Broward Foundation, and is a graduate of Leadership Florida's Connect Class 11. Christina is fluent in spoken and written Polish and is an avid traveler, even holding a reindeer driver’s license from the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi, Finland.
