About Edward Petrie Jordan II
Edward P. Jordan II, Esq. was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986. He graduated from University of Florida with high honors and from Syracuse University College of Law with cum laude honors. Mr. Jordan is the 9th youngest of a family of 12 and has been married to his wife, Debbie, for 32 years. Together they have six children. Mr. Jordan first practiced with the national law firm of Foley & Lardner from 1986 -1994, where he practiced in civil litigation as a senior associate. In 1995, Mr. Jordan established The Jordan Law Group. He is a member of the Florida Bar and 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Middle District Federal Courts. Mr. Jordan is an active member of his local community, where he has coached little league baseball and girls softball for many years. In addition, Mr. Jordan was ordained as a Pastor in 2005 and oversees a Christian ministry for the indigent in Lake Wales known as the “Lighthouse of Hope”. Mr. Jordan’s main practice areas are civil litigation, domestic relations, personal injury, real estate, probate, estate planning, and guardianship law. Over the course of his 26 years of practice, Mr. Jordan has represented clients in significant litigation matters, including suits against Quaker Oaks, Lake County, Florida, and Orange County, Florida; the Tavares Police Department, and Meritage Homes. Mr. Jordan also represents homeowners against their homeowners’ association, and has recovered large judgments against associations known as Polo Park, Royal Highlands, Vista Park, and Westridge Homeowner’s associations.
