About Edwin M. Boyer

Ed Boyer is a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney and partner in the law firm of Boyer & Boyer, P.A.  He has practiced Law in Sarasota, Florida since 1978.  He practices in the area of Elder Law with an emphasis on guardianship, estate planning and administration, advance health care directives, end of life decisions, and elder exploitation.  He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and was named as one of Florida's Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine in 2009.  Mr. Boyer is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law where he teaches Trusts and Estates, Survey of Florida Probate, and Guardianship.
