The Law Offices of Frank Shaughnessy, P.A. was a boutique law firm with a sole practitioner who primarily practiced personal injury law. I was an insurance adjuster for 25+ years and handled all types of claims including: auto, trucking, motorcycle, boating, slip and fall and defective products. I also handled property damage, homeowners, and insurance coverage claims. At one time I worked with a national insurance company and handled all of the commercial trucking claims that involved fatalities west of the Mississippi. With my extensive insurance background I could have helped you get the best outcome. My office is closed, so you missed out on your chance to have me work for you.
