About Jared Francis Bossola
Jared F. Bossola is an aggresive trial attorney, specializing in personal injury and criminal defense. --- Jared F. Bossola was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and moved to Southern Florida in 1998. Mr. Bossola attended the University of Pittsburgh for undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in 1998, in Sociology. He further pursued a legal education, which relocated him to South Florida. In 2000, Mr. Bossola earned an Associate’s Degree from Broward College in Legal Assisting. Ultimately, in 2003, Mr. Bossola achieved his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. Throughout his legal studies, Mr. Bossola was awarded for his success in Trial Advocacy Practice, putting on trials and the successful resolution to legal matters. After admission to the Florida Bar, Mr. Bossola acquired additional legal licenses to include practicing in Federal Courts. Currently, Mr. Bossola is admitted to practice Federal Law in the United States District Courts for the Middle District and Southern Districts of Florida. Aditionally, Mr. Bossola is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia. Mr. Bossola has been employed as a Legal Assistant, Law Clerk, and a full-time Attorney since 1999, and was previously a partner of Distefano, Bossola & Kennedy, PLC. On October 18, 2012, Mr. Bossola opened the doors to his own private law practice, Jared F. Bossola, PLC. Through his employment, Mr. Bossola has gained the knowledge and legal experience of handling significant personal injury and wrongful death matters, PIP litigation and contractual dispute cases, as well as the lead-litigator of all criminal defense work for the firm. He has handled both jury, and non-jury trials, in addition to countless calendar calls, motions, and other such hearings within the State and Federal Courtrooms of Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie Counties. Criminally, Mr. Bossola has handled numerous felonies, misdemeanors, violations of probation, and criminal traffic infraction cases from inception through resolution. Additionally, Mr. Bossola is taking on an additional area of practice for sports and entertainment law, representing some of the largest names in professional sports, television and movies. Mr. Bossola has previously been featured on the South Florida Local News Stations, the Sun-Sentinel, Miami Herald, and the Palm Beach Posts for his legal representation of various clients whose cases became newsworthy.
