About Jodi Goldberg Barrett

Jodi Barrett is Of Counsel in the N. Palm Beach office of Hall Booth Smith. Ms. Barrett has represented professionals including lawyers, health care providers, health care entities, and appraisers in complex litigation, handling all aspects of litigation through trial and appeals. She has provided counsel to employers in civil suits and before federal and state agencies including OSHA and EEOC. She also has experience representing companies on general counsel matters, including transactional and regulatory matters. Ms. Barrett is an AV rated attorney, who is involved in the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyer’s Association, and Defense Research Institute. She received her J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law, where she was involved in Moot Court and the Order of Barristers.
