Good things in my life occurred due  to the efforts of others where I was a part of the "TEAM" This is so whether it was in sports in earlier days, accomplishments while serving with the Marine Corps, victories in cases & in the courtroom & with Family & Friends. The key has always been in relationships & in connecting with others where there exists strong mutual respect. I truly love being with others in all that I do....whether it is working, studying, traveling, or really in just everything. I can genuinely say that more than anything else I enjoy being with Family & friends & co-workers & clients & others. Teaching at Legal Seminars has been a fun & rewarding experience for me over the decades. Hobbies include: walking/hiking with my Wife, Nancy; creating/developing original stories for our Grandchildren....& then telling the stories; speaking/lecturing at Trial Advocacy Seminars; snow skiing with Family & Friends; Writing books & legal publications;
