About Joseph A Mendelsohn
Joseph A. Mendelsohn, the managing partner of the firm, currently focuses his practice on civil litigation, including motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, negligent security, and negligent hiring/retention/supervision cases. Mr. Mendelsohn is also actively involved in cases involving contract disputes, landlord/tenant law issues, and foreclosures. Mr. Mendelsohn, a South Florida native, is a graduate from the University of Central Florida, where he obtained a degree in political science with a focus on American politics and policy in 2003. Mr. Mendelsohn continued his education at the University of Florida College of Law and obtained his law degree in 2006. With the exception of his time spent obtaining his education, Mr. Mendelsohn has lived in South Florida his entire life and has deep roots in the community. Following graduation, he entered private practice with a highly respected Fort Lauderdale defense firm, where he represented several clients, including many condominium and homeowners associations, as well as many automobile insurance carriers. He continued his career at one of the largest law firms in the country, where he expanded his practice to include representation of a variety of businesses including large retail establishments, electrical and carpenters unions, constructions companies, restaurants, and product manufacturers. Mr. Mendelsohn has represented clients from the inception of litigation through trial.
