Linda M. Knoerr is a passionate, caring attorney who has been practicing law for 25 years. After experiencing firsthand the devastation wrought by Hurricane Andrew, she dedicated her career to representing property owners in first-party insurance claims for all types of property damage. She works diligently to protect homeowners and business owners from underhanded and illegal tactics by insurance companies to underpay, delay, and deny valid claims. Her key areas of focus include hurricane, wind, tornado, fire, smoke, water, mold, and theft/vandalism damage. Whether she is filing a claim, gathering documentation, negotiating outside of the courtroom, or fighting for her clients in court, Linda delivers the highest quality counsel based on her considerable experience and knowledge. Linda earned her B.A. from the University of Miami and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Florida.
