Before beginning the practice of law, I spent ten years in the United States Marine Corps flying F4 Phantoms and F/A-18 fighter aircraft on all-weather, day / night missions from land bases and aircraft carriers throughout the world. I have been practicing criminal defense law for over twelve years and have handled thousands of felony, misdemeanor, violation of probation, DUI, driving offense, drug  and financial crime cases. Additionally, I spent several years practicing civil litigation in the areas of professional liability, premises liability, construction defect, personal injury, real estate and business disputes.
