About Paul Rocuant

Paul Rocuant has extensive experience in family law. He opened his own firm in 1995. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from New England School of Law, Boston, MA in 1993. He was awarded a Bachelor's degree from University of Connecticut (UCONN) in 1990. Prior to college, Paul prepared at Notre Dame High School in West Haven, Connecticut graduating in 1985. Paul has lived in Estero, FL since 1994, has three children and is married to Family Law Attorney Amanda Rocuant.  They practice together in Estero, FL.  Some of Paul's accomplishments are as follows: Admitted to Practice in: All Florida State Courts, All Massachusetts State Courts, U.S. Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, The United States Supreme Court.  Passed 2 Bar Exams simultaneously in 1993. Leadership Experience: 20th Judicial Circuit Family Law Advisory Group Steering Committee; President-Divorce Support Services of Collier County 2003-2005; President-Collier County Family Law Bar 1999; Vice-President - Collaborative Professionals of SW Florida 2010-2011; Producer-Southwest Florida Family Law Forum 1999 Other Accomplishments: Former Adjunct Professor of Law, Hodges University/International College, Naples FL; completed Boston Marathon 1991; completed ARMY R.O.T.C. 1990;
