About Peggy Elizabeth Raejean Urbaneja
Peggy Urbaneja was born and raised in rural Ohio. From the age of 9, she watched as the world took advantage of those around her who lacked education. From that time, she decided to become a lawyer to help those who could not help themselves. As one of the first of her family to attend college, she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2001 and graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2003. While at St. Thomas, Mrs. Urbaneja served as a member of the St. Thomas Law Review, the Trial Competition Team, and a board member of the Moot Court Team. Additionally, Mrs. Urbaneja received a number of honors and recognitions, including a Book Award and a Best Oralist Award. While at St. Thomas, Mrs. Urbaneja served as a member of the St. Thomas Law Review, the Trial Competition Team, and a board member of the Moot Court Team. Since 2003, Mrs. Urbaneja has worked as an associate in a law firm focusing on personal injury, foreclosure, bankruptcy, family and immigration. On January 1, 2015, Mrs. Urbaneja established her own law firm based on years of legal experience and a heart for helping those who could not help themselves.
