Since 1980, I have been representing victims of the negligence of others in automobile, trucking, motorcycle accidents and all forms of personal injury cases. This also includes products liability, medical malpratice and injuries caused by dog bites.  There has also been an emphasis on premises liability and slip and fall cases.  I have served on the board of directors of the Florida Justice Association and was inducted  to the Eagle Hall of Fame Members of the FJA. I have handled thousands of negligence case with many multi-million dollar results. I continue to meet every client who calls my firm personally and handle every significant aspect of the case, including trial.  I do not post successful settlements and jury verdicts due to privacy concerns of my clients, but am available anytime to discuss the results I have obtained.  I do not advertise outside of my website and the internet and receive 90% of my cases from attorneys who do not practice personal injury from some of most respected law firms in the country.  Many other referrals come from past clients who have appreciated the personal attention they have received during their case.  Our firm does not need to advertise because of the results obtained over the past 38 years. I have persomally collected over 100 million dollars for my clients. I have been honored with an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating given, and have held this rating every year for over 30 years.
