About Samuel J. Kaufman
Samuel J. Kaufman Trial and Litigation Attorney “Just as every household needs a primary care physician, I'd like to be your family attorney.” In 1997, I served as an Assistant Public Defender for three years prior to opening up my own practice. Over the last 18 years, I have represented hundreds of clients in areas of Criminal Defense, Family Law & Mediation, Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Wills and Trusts, Personal Injury, Civil Litigation as well as other legal matters. I love what I do and have always had a passion for helping people. I've tried over 100 full jury trials. I am never afraid to go to bat for my clients and go to trial. I care deeply about the Key West community, serving on boards with specific missions to both help people and better the community. I am a family man with a wife, two kids and a rescue dog!
