About Samuel Len Wenzel Jr.
Mr. Wenzel provides representation for Intellectual Property issues, specifically he enjoys helping individuals and businesses obtain Copyright and Trademark protection for their works and brands. Mr. Wenzel also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University where he teaches courses titled Issues in International Justice and Comparative Justice . Mr. Wenzel opened his own office after working a brief stint in private practice. Previously, Mr. Wenzel worked at the Florida Second District Court of Appeal in Tampa, where he served as an appellate law clerk. Mr. Wenzel also served as a trial court law clerk for the Florida Fourteenth Circuit Court in Panama City, where he worked on criminal and civil matters, including civil appeals from administrative and municipal boards, code enforcement, and county court for several judges across six counties. Mr. Wenzel attended two prestigious law schools, both The Howard University School of Law and The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. During law school, Mr. Wenzel served on the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal at GW and was selected for a competitive summer clerkship at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia with The Honorable James E. Boasberg. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Wenzel was a decorated Military Policeman in the United States Army. Mr. Wenzel served two tours of duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and safely led his soldiers on hundreds of combat patrols. During this time, Mr. Wenzel was responsible for the accountability and maintenance of millions of dollars’ worth of sensitive items, weapons, and equipment.
