About Samuel Sander Cohen

Sam Cohen focuses his legal practice in the areas of wrongful death and all manners of personal injury. Mr.Cohen honed his civil litigation skills defending doctors in malpractice lawsuits. He gained experience in all facets of civil litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death. Defending healthcare providers gives Sam a unique perspective into insurance company policies and defense maneuvers. Sam is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Florida, and also the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University and his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law. Sam was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2013.
