Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Dean joined the law firm of Bozeman, Jenkins & Matthews, P.A., where he was a partner of the law firm from 2006 through 2011. He spent the first ten years of his law practice mostly representing insurance companies and large corporations such as Wal-Mart Stores and Sam's Club Stores throughout North Florida. He has also in the past represented governmental entities, including the State of Florida and Okaloosa County, Florida. He no longer represents insurance companies or large corporations and now only represents victims of personal injury or wrongful death. Mr. Dean is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, the Escambia/Santa Rosa County Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association of Justice. He handles cases in both state and federal court, and is admitted to practice law in all Florida and Alabama state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois, and the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
