About Thomas Matthew Tarsia
Upon graduation from Cape Coral High School, Thomas attended and received his Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University. He later went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. While in law school and immediately thereafter, Thomas interned for ElDeiry & ElDeiry, PLLC, and held licenses as a real estate sales associate and mortgage broker. Prior to joining Jones, Haber & Rollings, Thomas was practicing law with the Law Office of Thomas M. Tarsia, PA. and was also the closing manager for Hyperion Title Company. Although his current areas of practice are real estate, business, and general litigation, Thomas began his career in 2008 practicing law as a litigation associate working in various areas including Insurance Defense, Premises Liability, Civil Rights, Employment Law, Construction Defect, Collection Law, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure defense. Thomas is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Additionally, he is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, and is also an initiated member of Lambda Chi Alpha national fraternity. In 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018 Thomas was recognized by Florida Super Lawyers ®magazine as a “Rising Star” for his excellence in practice. Also in 2013, Thomas was recognized as one of Florida’s top young attorneys by The American Registry®. Additionally, Thomas owns All American Title Services, LLC and is active in the community. He has been involved with HandsUp charity, was a coach in the Cape Coral Cal Ripken baseball league, a current coach for Cape Coral Parks & Recreation basketball league, and is a member of the S.W. Florida Seminole Club. Outside of professional interests he enjoys golf, football, baseball, basketball and loves living in Cape Coral with his wife and three children.
