Victoria is a highly-skilled, passionate, and zealous personal injury attorney in Miami, FL and one of the founding partners of Abogadas305. Victoria was born and raised in Miami, Florida. A proud graduate from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Miami, where she graduated with honors. She then attended Stetson University College of Law on a merit-based scholarship. While in law school, Victoria was a member of Stetson’s nationally ranked trial team and moot court team. In addition to successfully participating in the advocacy programs at Stetson, Victoria was a senior editor with the Stetson Law Review. Victoria graduated summa cum laude and with numerous honors and awards. After graduating from law school, Victoria practiced with a mid-sized firm where she handled casualty defense cases for a variety of industries, including aviation. Victoria handled cases from inception to trial and litigated numerous dispositive motions. Thereafter, Victoria joined an AM-200 firm in its Miami office where she was a partner of the mass litigation/class action department. During her tenure at the firm, Victoria handled thousands of lawsuits and dozens of class-action lawsuits on behalf of insurers. Her experience representing insurers gave her a unique insight into the claims handling process and a better understanding of the valuation of claims from the insurer’s perspective. Victoria now exclusively focuses on representing those injured as a result of the negligence of others. She focuses on plaintiff’s personal injury work. She has extensive experience handling cases involving slip and falls, automobile accidents, trip and falls, negligent security cases, dog bite cases, and defective product claims. She has handled cases involving spine injuries, knee injuries, shoulder injuries, head injuries, burn injuries, muscular injuries, and traumatic brain injuries.
